Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Domestic (Australia):

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (location dependent)

Please note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email lab@systemelab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
